My programmable thermostat installed last fall from my father. The heater worked well throughout the winter. The AC is not working now. The switches are in order. From what you describe seems to 2 pairs of cables separate from your thermostat, one red and one white wire have in each pair. Since the heat was working and ran the fan, the fan was set to AUTO in the thermostat. So I think the red and white son of HR and B are false. Exit the bridge between HR and LR. Change the cable between HR and W, the red on the relative humidity (or RC) and white in W. If you can not open the oven to a board of directors of the R, V, W, Y, and brands. Make sure the cables meet the thermostat, color by color.
