What is the best exercise to tone up and loose a small bit of excess weight? - what is exercise equipment to help with plantars fasitus
I would like to add a picture, but I do not know how all you are ugly / fat comments or old! I am a classic hourglass shape stretched very thin and attenuated in some areas but still a little baby bulge and my butt and thighs are not the way I am ready.
I am 5ft10 1 / 2 and the Weight 132 kg / Around 63kg. This is probably a lot, but I'm not fat, healthy eating, so I'm not worried. Be mitigated, I'm more interested in and strong.
Oh, careful diet, I am a vegetarian and I do not eat wheat or dairy products at the time, and I'm made of sugar. So, eat lots of stir fry, soup, watermelon - you should probably eat more raw foods!
As power yoga, running and cycling time to time, and rowing and swimming, where I can customize care for children, and a lot of walking.
Is there a special exercise sound can be recommended in these areas and my heart supplement?
